Masters in Public Law and Specialist in Labor Law and Labor Procedure, Marcelo has extensive experience in the advisory and litigation practice of labor law, with emphasis on his work in the areas of Labor Law, Labor Procedural Law and Social Security Law.
The partner has been a professor of Civil Procedural Law and Labor Procedural Law in the Law Undergraduate Course at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ, in 2009 and 2010. Universidade Cândido Mendes, between 2010 and 2017, and he was a guest professor of the Lato Sensu postgraduate course on Labor Law and Process at Universidade Cândido Mendes.
