He also works in administrative and judicial procedures for real estate regularization, area rectifications, adverse possession, compulsory adjudication and raising of doubts, as well as in real estate due diligence. In addition, it actively participates in the processes of administrative approvals, permits and licenses related to the implementation of real estate developments and subdivisions, working directly with the competent public authorities (Municipal Councils, INCRA, among others).
He also has experience in real estate asset acquisitions and real estate litigation, such as eviction actions, lease renewals and revisions, and division and possessory actions.
