With solid experience in the real estate market, Aloísio works in cases involving real estate registry law, focusing on the registration of real estate developments, condominium institutions, sub-condominiums, subdivisions, and divisions. He also works in administrative and judicial procedures for real estate regularization, area rectifications, adverse possession, compulsory adjudication and raising of doubts, as well as in real estate due diligence. In addition, it actively participates in the processes of administrative approvals, permits and licenses related to the implementation of real estate developments and subdivisions, working directly with the competent public authorities (Municipal Councils, INCRA, among others).

 

He also has experience in real estate asset acquisitions and real estate litigation, such as eviction actions, lease renewals and revisions, and division and possessory actions. In his professional work, he is dedicated with special emphasis to maintaining a very close relationship with clients, based on mutual trust. Believing that this is the best way to reach the necessary solutions for the development of the real estate business.

  • Degree in Law from the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2005).
  • Specialization in Civil Procedural Law from PUC-SP/COGEAE (2010).
  • MBA in Real Estate Business from FIA/USP (2012).
  • Specialization in Notary Law and Real Estate Registry by EPD (2015).
