In the electricity sector, Eduardo advises clients on the structuring and implementation of projects in electricity generation (mainly from renewable sources), actively participating in the negotiation of construction contracts and conducting regulatory risk assessments considering the specifics of each project.
The partner also has relevant experience in the mergers and acquisitions sector, having advised clients in transactions involving the purchase and sale of equity interests, mainly in the electricity, logistic and oil and gas industries.
