With almost 20 years’ experience, Felipe has extensive expertise in business law, mainly in M&A, venture capital, technology, corporate law and contracts.
He also has a degree in international relations from the USA and is frequently involved in international transactions. He has advised hundreds of clients, including large companies, startups, angel investors, investment funds and individuals, on a wide range of matters, such as corporate reorganizations, company mergers, joint ventures, investments in startups, mergers and acquisitions, etc.
Having been one of the first lawyers to focus on venture capital in Brazil, Felipe was the legal director and a member of the Board of Directors in Palo Alto (CA) of a technology startup invested in by an important Silicon Valley investment fund, and has since remained relevant in the sector, giving classes and lectures to investors and entrepreneurs, and advising several clients on investment operations and the purchase and sale of equity stakes, mainly in the technology industry.
