Graduated from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, Gabriel has around 8 years of experience and an extensive knowledge in the corporate Law, specially handling with M&A transactions (from the negotiation of MoU’s and letter of intents, through managing due diligences proceedings, and also with the negotiation of the transactions instruments, as SPA’s, QPA’s, Shareholder’s Agreements and Investment Agreements) mainly related to the infrastructure and O&G sectors.
Gabriel also advises companies in its day-to-day corporate business, including providing reorganization plans of corporate structures.
