With over 40 years of experience, Hermano works in Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Contracts, Administrative Law, among others.
The grandson of the firm’s founding partner, Hermano has extensive legal experience advising national and international companies from the most diverse industries and economic sectors.
In the 1980s, the partner improved his international knowledge by moving to New York and joining the offices of Reid & Pries (1983) and Seward & Kissel (1984).
Education
- Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Rio de Janeiro (1981).
- Master’s in Comparative Law from the Interamerican Law Institute at New York University (1982/1983).
Recognitions
- In 2002, he was appointed Honorary Vice-President of the Association of Young Lawyers, based in Brussels, Belgium, for the relevant work done for the Association.
- Recognized in 2021 and 2020 by the Análise Advocacia directory, being highlighted in the Food, Drinks and Tobacco sector and for his regional performance in São Paulo.
