The partner has solid experience in drafting lawsuits and legislative petitions to amend tax legislation in several Brazilian states for incentives and extensive experience in conducting meetings, hearings and events with public and governmental authorities on the implementation of tax incentives and other regulatory acts related to the improvement of tax fines, as well as ancillary obligations.
